Shipping & Returns
- Orders must be placed by 10:00AM PST to start processing the same day
- Processing time typically takes 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday)
- We offer both Domestic and International Shipping via USPS and UPS (See below)
- Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account within 24-48 hours. A link will also be included with tracking information to check the status of your order.

Ccolor Cosmetics IS NOT LIABLE for any lost, stolen or damaged packages or for any delay caused by the act or default of the shipping carrier. Ccolor Cosmetics is responsible for orders until they leave our warehouse facility ONLY. Once tracking is received, it is between the customer and shipping carrier to monitor status on the package.
USPS FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL
1st class international shipping - Tracking is only provided up to international USPS center. After which will be between your local postal service to track. 1st class shipping DOES NOT provide insurance.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days to receive a full refund. We do not provide return labels. We do ask all customers to cover their own shipping costs if they are returning any items back to our warehouse.
If you received a damaged item, please reach out to our customer service team and they will gladly assist you with a solution.
RETURN PROCESS
If you wish to return a product, please do so within 30 days of receiving your order (starting with the date of delivery) for a full refund. No questions asked!
