Ccolor Cosmetics IS NOT LIABLE for any lost, stolen or damaged packages or for any delay caused by the act or default of the shipping carrier. Ccolor Cosmetics is responsible for orders until they leave our warehouse facility ONLY. Once tracking is received, it is between the customer and shipping carrier to monitor status on the package.


RETURNS

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days to receive a full refund. We do not offer any international returns at this moment.

RETURN PROCESS

If you wish to return a product, please do so within 30 days of receiving your order (starting with the date of delivery) for a full refund. No questions asked!
