How do I track my order?

After you place your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can track your order all the way until delivery.

Why hasn't my tracking location updated?

It’s normal for your tracking number to go a few days without an update. Once your package arrives at your local post office, the tracking may not update until it goes out for delivery. If it's been 14 business days and your tracking still hasn't updated, please let us know!

Why does my tracking say "delivered" but I don't have my package?

Packages are scanned for delivery before your local mail carrier physically drops them at your location and you may receive your order within 24 hours. There are many common issues as to why you have not received your package within that time. If it's been more than 24 hours since your package was marked "delivered" and you still have not received it, please reach out to us.

How long does shipping take?

Orders must be placed by 10am PST to start processing the same day. Processing time typically takes 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) Please see our shipping & returns page for more info.

Due to the current world situation and carrier shipping delays, all carriers can not guarantee priority delivery dates at this time. The shipping carrier you choose for delivery may not deliver in a timely matter as promised. All carriers have declared this on their website.

I received damaged items in my order.

Please email our customer service team at info@ccolorcosmetics.com and please provide your order number and images of the damaged items. We will get back to you with a solution asap!

Why was I charged import taxes/custom fees when my order was delivered?

When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, custom duties, or fees determined by your country. Import taxes and custom fees are not our shipping fees and are not determined by us therefore Ccolor Cosmetics is not responsible for these charges. Each country has different customs regulations. Depending on your country, these charges are typically due once your package arrives at your location. Please be aware in some cases, USPS usually will not charge import taxes, but UPS typically does.

Do you cover custom fees?

We do not cover any custom fees. The customer is held liable for fees.

Why are some items only available in USA and not the rest of the world?

We ship internationally. To give you the best shipping rates, we have another warehouse in UK where we ship to almost the rest of the world. We will update and keep our UK warehouse stocked monthly to fulfill all international orders. Please check the product description to see if the item is available in your country before you check out.

Why has my favorite product been discontinued?

We're sorry for the disappointment. We are constantly updating our line with the latest beauty trends. We are unable to keep all of our collection.
